Angelsey Abbey Outing

8 club members braved the cold weather to visit Anglesey Abbey (just east of Cambridge). The weather was cold with the threat of rain at times but, nevertheless, most enjoyable. At this time of the year the gardens are full of numerous varieties of flowering snowdrops. These presented a challenge to us all as they are so close to the ground. A selection of groundsheets, stools and cushions were a help.

In addition to the extensive grounds, we were also able to visit the house. This presented us with other photographic challenges in the low light levels.
